Rugrats : Totally Angelica est un jeu d'action basé sur la série télévisée Rugrats de 1991. Il a été développé par Art Co., Ltd et publié par THQ pour la Game Boy Color (GBC) et la PlayStation. La version GBC est sortie en 2000, tandis que la version PlayStation a été publiée un an plus tard. C'est également le dernier jeu sorti pour la PlayStation et la Game Boy Color. Une suite directe pour PC a également été publiée en 2000, intitulée Totally Angelica : Boredom Busters ! C'était un jeu d'aventure point-and-click, publié par Mattel Interactive.

The game starts off with Angelica Pickles becoming the proud owner of a brand new "Cynthia Dream Mall Fashion Show Queen" set. Overzealous, she ends up destroying the mall after trying to open the box. However, after thinking about it, she decides to dream up the idea of her starring in her own fashion show with the babies help.
