The R.O.G.U.E. circuit is the world's least regulated surf tournament. Every year, tens of people sign up to travel the world on their own dime, riding dangerous waves and competing with local rivals for the chance at a participation prize and early admission to next year's tournament. Can one rookie make it to the end of the circuit? Somebody has to.
